How To: Front Loop Only (FLO)

Crocheting in the front loop only (or FLO), is just as easy as crocheting in the back loop only.

You see how the crochet stitch has two lines in it? The first loop is called the front loop and the second loop is the back loop!

Starting from the outside, insert your hook from the outside of your piece, just through the first loop. Then, crochet your stitch just like normal.
